Terms of Service
Effective July 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of rayautomate.com and the services described on it, offered by Ray Automate, a founder-led consultancy. By booking an assessment or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.
The Free AI Workflow Assessment
The assessment is a 15-minute call to understand how your business operates, followed by a written recommendation within 48 hours. It is free and carries no obligation to work with Ray Automate for anything further. If I don’t find a workflow genuinely worth automating, I’ll tell you directly.
Paid implementation work
If the assessment surfaces a credible opportunity, I’ll propose a fixed scope, timeline, and price before any paid work begins. That proposal, once you accept it, is a separate written agreement between us — these Terms describe the website and the free assessment, not the commercial terms of an implementation engagement, which are set out in writing on a project-by-project basis. Ongoing support is offered separately and is optional.
No guaranteed results
Every business is different, and automation outcomes depend on factors outside my control, including your existing tools, data quality, and team adoption. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific time savings, cost savings, or other results beyond what is explicitly committed to in a signed project agreement.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — copy, design, and branding — belongs to Ray Automate. Unless a project agreement states otherwise, ownership of the custom deliverables produced for a paid engagement transfers to the client at handoff after full payment. Third-party software, services, models, and libraries remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Limitation of liability
This site and the free assessment are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray Automate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the assessment. Liability for any paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, I’ll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
